It's not called Eilean a' Cheo (Misty Isle) for nothing!

It's not called Eilean a' Cheo (Misty Isle) for nothin

View from the Luib side of Loch Ainort on The Isle of Skye. Luib in Scottish Gaelic is "Lùib" and is not far from Broadford "An t-Àth Leathann"

The Isle of Skye in Gaelic is "An t-Eilean Sgitheanach" or nicknamed Eilean a' Cheò due to it often being seen as it is in this photograph. On a good clear day the scenery is stunning and is dominated by the Cuillin hills
